At AGC Logistics, Empowering Women Is Not A
CSR Activity. It Is A Core Part Of Our Purpose And
Identity.

The Logistics Sector Has Traditionally Been Male-Dominated, Yet The Industry Continues To Grow Faster Than The Availability Of Qualified Personnel. The Need For Skilled, Disciplined, And Dependable Professionals Has Never Been Greater.
With Their Exceptional Multitasking Abilities, Attention To Detail, And Natural Strength In Planning And Coordination, Women Bring Balance, Efficiency, And Innovation To The Supply Chain Ecosystem.
When our Director Yashaswini Anand entered the family business, she noticed the heavy dependence on male labour — in loading, ground operations, and warehouse handling. Workplace discipline and professionalism were inconsistent, and women were almost entirely absent from the environment.
Inspired by rising Female Labour Force Participation Rates across states and driven by a deep desire to make logistics inclusive, we want to inculcate the same culture across.
Creating equal opportunity requires infrastructure, empathy, and redesigned systems. AGC Logistics focuses on practical solutions that empower women safely and sustainably.
To eliminate strenuous manual lifting, AGC provides pallet trucks so women can move cartons efficiently without carrying weight on the head or back. This respects physiological differences while enabling women to work comfortably and confidently.

We provide:
A healthy environment builds dignity and long-term retention.

Women’s safety is a non-negotiable priority at AGC. Our measures include:
We ensure every woman feels protected, respected, and heard.

We run continuous skill development programs that help women:
Our belief: roles should not define people — opportunities should.

Our ultimate goal is to work with more organisations, NGOs, and corporate partners to scale this mission nationwide.
We want companies across sectors to experience what we already know:
This initiative may have paused due to operational priorities, but the vision remains strong. AGC is exploring dedicated training centres, safe accommodations, and even establishing its own NGO to support underprivileged women who want to build careers in logistics.
